His very diverse practice leads him to represent his clients in the context of applications for injunction, shareholders disputes and contractual litigation. He also provides legal advice in employment law, administrative and regulatory litigation, real estate and construction law, Estates and Trusts, as well as defamation. &nbsp;His diligence, his pugnacity along with his negotiating skills are excellent assets for the Spiegel Sohmer&#8217;s Litigation Group.
