The addition of these talented new lawyers, the fifth and the sixth since the beginning of the year, attests to our firm\u2019s determination to play a pivotal role in the success of businesses in Quebec\u201d stated Morris Jacobson, Managing Shareholder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spiegelsohmer.com\/en\/lawyer\/talia-bensoussan-corporate-commercial-banking-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Talia Bensoussan<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Talia Bensoussan practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and banking law. Her expertise is primarily transactional in nature and involves complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations as well as venture capital and private equity financings. She is also frequently involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, particularly in the private financing field. Before joining Spiegel Sohmer, she worked at a Canadian national firm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spiegelsohmer.com\/en\/lawyer\/alessandra-lubrina-lawyer-civil-law-family-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Alessandra Lubrina<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alessandra Lubrina\u2019 s principal fields of practice are civil litigation and family law. Passionately engaged in politics, Alessandra Lubrina is a member of the Legal Committee of the Liberal Party of Quebec (LPQ). She also ran for office during the 2018 provincial general election.
