Spiegel Sohmer is proud to announce the following recent lawyer acquisitions: Me Fran\u00e7ois Giroux (Bar 1995) and Me Vanessa Sarveswaran (Bar 2015) have joined its Taxation Group, Me Jordan Jaslow (Bar 2019) has joined its Commercial Group and Philippe Brunelle (Bar 2016) has joined its Tax Litigation Group.<\/p>\n

Me Fran\u00e7ois Giroux<\/strong> brings a wealth of experience in tax and estate planning, corporate reorganization, the purchase, sale or intergenerational transfer of businesses and taxation of financial products. He is an effective and meticulous business advisor, whose clients frequently consult him for his specialized expertise in trusts.<\/p>\n

Me Vanessa Sarveswaran<\/strong> is a member of our Taxation Law Group. Her practice focuses on corporate tax planning and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.<\/p>\n

Me Jordan Jaslow<\/strong> is a member of the firm’s Commercial Group. He practices in the areas of corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.<\/p>\n

Me Philippe Brunelle<\/strong> is a member of the Tax Litigation Group. His tax litigation practice involves sales tax (GST\/QST\/HST), corporate and personal tax, deductions at source, audits, objections and appeals before the courts and collections, as well as statutory and regulatory tax offenses.<\/p>\n
