(\u201cBeanfield\u201d), an independent telecommunications infrastructure provider in Canada serving the enterprise, carrier and multi-dwelling units markets.<\/p>\n<p>The financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Openface\u2019s legal counsel was Spiegel Sohmer Inc., led by the team of Frank M.
