The Spiegel Sohmer team continues to grow, and we are pleased to introduce our newest members.<\/p>\n

Eli Kano<\/strong><\/a> (Bar 2008) joins the civil and commercial litigation team. Early in his career, he founded his own law firm before becoming a founding partner of TBPK in 2009. Thanks to his broad interest in litigation, he has developed invaluable experience in the field of construction and latent defect litigation. In his practice, he also assists business clients in advising them on their daily business and legal needs including handling immigration matters.<\/p>\n

Marie-Christine Sicard<\/strong> <\/a>(Bar 2018) joins the civil and commercial litigation team. Her practice focuses on family law and civil and commercial litigation with a particular interest in construction law, real estate law and professional liability law.<\/p>\n

Samuel Lalancette<\/strong><\/a> (Bar 2020) joins the commercial law team and specializes in intellectual property and business law. He strategically assists his clients in the protection, enhancement, and defence of their intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial designs, domain names, and trade secrets. In addition, he assists and advises companies from various industries in their day-to-day operations and in all stages of their development, including mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n

Justin Reiter<\/strong><\/a> (Bar 2022) articled at Spiegel Sohmer and joins the civil and commercial litigation team. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation and employment law, advising clients on complex litigation matters and representing them before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, and the Administrative Labour Tribunal.<\/p>\n

Alexander Zagalski<\/strong><\/a> (Bar 2022) articled at Spiegel Sohmer and joins the business law team. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.<\/p>\n

Avi Moryoussef<\/strong> <\/a>(Bar 2022) articled at Spiegel Sohmer and joins the tax law team. His tax practice focuses on corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
