These appointments will further enhance our teams and help our clients succeed,<\/em>\u201d said Morris Jacobson, Managing Shareholder of the firm.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These new shareholders are:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiegelsohmer.com\/en\/lawyer\/rami-kaplo-business-lawyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Rami Kaplo<\/strong><\/a> is practicing in our business law group. He routinely advises individuals as well as our national and international commercial clients in various sectors of their business life cycles, including those prominent in the industries of blockchain and cryptocurrency, financial intermediary, technology and e-commerce, construction and professional corporations, to name a few. Rami is called upon as a trusted advisor for all clients with respect to negotiating their commercial contracts namely, lease negotiations, shareholder agreements, as well as other transactions, to name a few. His practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions and financing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiegelsohmer.com\/en\/lawyer\/charlotte-oger-chambonnet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Charlotte Oger-Chambonnet<\/strong><\/a> is responsible of the family law practice of the firm.
