Natalie Goulard, renowned tax litigation expert, joins Spiegel Ryan as a partner.

Spiegel Ryan is pleased to welcome Natalie Goulard as a partner in its tax litigation and dispute resolution team. Her arrival adds significant depth to the firm's already strong team, which is among the largest in Canada. Recognized for her high-level expertise and remarkable career, Ms. Goulard brings solid experience in managing complex tax matters. She specializes in the cutting-edge areas of transfer pricing and the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR).

Before joining Spiegel Ryan, Ms. Goulard held partnership positions at two national firms and served for over 20 years as senior legal counsel at the Department of Justice Canada. She is a leading authority on GAAR and the interpretation of tax laws and tax treaties.

Ms. Goulard is also recognized in the legal community, having been ranked among the most reputable lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell, Lexology, and Canadian Legal Lexpert.
