We are currently looking for a family law lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience.
The candidate we are seeking will work independently on specific mandates and in conjunction with other partners and associates of our dynamic and fast-paced team in files related to family law, human rights and estates.

We are currently seeking a tax attorney with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm.
The successful candidate will primarily work on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and estate and post-mortem planning as part of our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities
Handle personal and corporate tax planning engagements
Participate in corporate reorganization matters
Conduct estate and post-mortem planning
Advise clients and draft related legal opinions and documents
Required Qualifications
Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar
Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm
Hold a master’s degree in taxation or have completed the Fundamental Tax Course offered by the Ordre des CPA du Québec
Language Requirements
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (the candidate will serve and interact with a predominantly English-speaking client base, representing approximately 85% of the clientele)
