Me Maxime Beauregard joined the Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine team in 2011 as an intern, after completing a master’s degree in taxation. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to tax litigation both in civil and criminal matters.
Over the years, Me Beauregard has risen through the ranks of the firm becoming a partner in 2017. He represents a diverse clientele including individuals, corporations and trusts at all stages of the tax process from audits to court proceedings.
Known for his thoroughness, attentiveness and strategic approach, Me Beauregard stands out for his investigative skills, his ability to quickly identify key facts and his commitment to delivering high-quality client service. His passion for tax litigation is contagious and drives him to always seek the best solution regardless of the complexity of the case or the issues involved.
He has also developed strong expertise in criminal and penal taxation effectively representing clients under investigation or facing charges brought by tax authorities. His skill set also extends to voluntary disclosures of which he has mastered the programs, as well as collection issues and insolvency matters.
