General presentation
Francis Hamel is a lawyer within the tax litigation group led by Me Paul Ryan. He joined the team as a law student in May 2022.
During his university studies, Francis was actively involved in student life, notably as a cohort representative and as a member of the board of directors of the law student association. He also sat on several student committees, contributing to the representation and development of the faculty community.
Francis represents taxpayers and corporations from the tax audit process through to appeal proceedings before the courts.
