General presentation
Tanya De Nardis joined our firm in 2008 as a paralegal and has since specialized in corporate and tax reorganizations. She is now co-director of corporate services.
Tanya leads a team of paralegals, assistants, and clerks within the Business Law and Tax Law groups. She is responsible for the administration of the department as well as the mentoring, development, and training of paralegals.
She also continues to assist attorneys in the preparation of closing documents for tax and commercial reorganizations
