Maxime Beauregard joined Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine in 2011 as an articling student after completing his master’s degree in taxation.
Having worked his way up the ranks, he became a partner of the firm in early 2017.
Mtre Beauregard works in the tax litigation group of the firm. In addition to the extensive knowledge and expertise that he has acquired over the years, Mtre Beauregard distinguishes himself for his investigative ability to thoroughly grasp the facts of each case, his ability to listen attentively and the high standard of service he provides to his clients. His passion for tax litigation is contagious, which leads him to always find a solution to a problem by finding the best possible strategy, regardless of the situation, the facts, the amounts at stake or the client’s profile.
Mtre Beauregard represents individuals and corporations at all stages of the tax litigation process, from the audit stage to appeals before the courts.
Mtre Beauregard has also acquired considerable experience in penal matters, where he excels in representing clients who are under investigation or who are facing offences laid by the tax authorities. In addition, Mtre Beauregard is known for his expertise in matters of voluntary disclosure, tax collection and insolvency.
