Sofia Ojeda works as a paralegal in our corporate services department. She assists lawyers in preparing documents related to various commercial and tax transactions. She drafts a variety of corporate documents, ranging from the incorporation to the dissolution of companies, including amendments to articles of incorporation, continuations, and mergers, and also reviews and reconstructs minute books. She diligently ensures that our clients’ companies remain up to date with government authorities and that their books are kept in order. Driven by a desire to deliver quality work, Sofia actively contributes to the smooth running of the firm’s files.
