Celya Belayadi practises tax law at Spiegel Ryan. She advises entrepreneurs, investors and businesses on tax planning strategies, corporate reorganizations, business succession and estate planning matters. Her practice also includes the creation of trusts and advising clients on international tax issues. Holding dual degrees in civil law and common law from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from HEC Montréal, she brings a strong academic foundation and a comprehensive perspective to complex tax matters.

A former artistic swimming athlete for more than a decade, Celya brings the same discipline, preparation and perseverance that shaped her athletic journey into her legal practice. As Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Natation Artistique Québec, she remains actively involved in the development of a sport that continues to be important to her. In her practice as a lawyer, she favours a structured approach where high‑quality analysis and a clear understanding of her clients’ objectives remain central. Attentive to detail and fully invested in each mandate, she focuses on delivering practical and sustainable solutions that allow her clients to move forward with confidence.
