General presentation
Charlotte Oger-Chambonnet is a partner in our family law group. She is a dedicated and determined attorney. Charlotte regularly represents clients before the Quebec Courts both in first instance and in appeal.
Charlotte’s practice focuses on divorce and family law cases, pertaining to custody, partition of assets, spousal and child support, common-law partners, and filiation. She has notably handled complex divorce cases involving important financial issues and raising questions of private international law. She has also represented common-law partners in cases in which one of the parties presented a claim for unjustified enrichment.
Before joining Spiegel Ryan, Charlotte worked in a boutique firm specialized in family law and in civil and commercial litigation, and prior to that, she worked as a law student in the Paris office of a leading global law firm.
Charlotte has received the following awards:

Charlotte Oger-Chambonnet has been appointed by the Barreau de Montréal to the Superior Court Liaison Committee on Family Matters for the years 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026.
