General presentation

Mtre Félix St-Vincent Gagné joined Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine in 2018, where he has been a partner since January 2022. He practices within the tax litigation department, under the supervision of Mtre Paul Ryan.

In his practice, he represents taxpayers in front of the tax authorities at all stages of the process, from the audit to the appeals brought before the courts, in matters concerning corporate and personal income tax, GST, QST and other taxes.

He also represents taxpayers in matters of cancellation, rectification, judicial review, tax evasion and customs duties.

Mtre St-Vincent Gagné has distinguished himself in the area of tax avoidance and tax litigation files involving trusts.

During his Master of taxation, he wrote his essay on the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR), under the supervision of the Honourable Robert J. Hogan of the Tax Court of Canada.

Since early 2023, Mtre St-Vincent Gagné acts as president of the Comité Relève (Montréal) of the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière (APFF).
