Gabriel Arif practises tax law and business law at Spiegel Ryan, advising corporations, entrepreneurs, and investors on taxation, business transactions, and a range of business matters. Before joining Spiegel Ryan, Gabriel gained more than five years of experience at a regional firm, where he successively held the roles of law student, articling student, and lawyer. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M. Fisc.) from HEC Montréal. During his studies, he was also involved with the Garage légal, a legal clinic supporting start-ups—an experience that strengthened his interest in entrepreneurship and business development.

Passionate about the business world, Gabriel is particularly interested in the challenges entrepreneurs face as they launch, grow, and scale their businesses.
