With 19 years of experience in Montreal’s legal community, Mtre Michael Hollander is known for his commitment to his clients and his straightforward, results-driven approach to legal work.
Michael’s practice is built on thoroughness, empathy, and frankness. He believes in leaving no stone unturned in understanding and resolving his clients’ legal issues, and in telling clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
His experience spans both transactional and litigation work, giving him a well-rounded understanding of his clients’ needs across the legal landscape. Clients benefit from his ability to anticipate challenges and craft strategies aligned with their objectives.
Over the course of his career, Michael has developed a practice in commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate law, including 16 years at a small boutique firm. Before joining Spiegel Ryan, he was co-managing partner of Choueke Hollander LLP, a Montreal law firm, where he also managed the firm’s operations.
Beyond his client files, Michael is an active advocate for students and community organizations, and takes on files involving public safety. He is committed to philanthropy and to lending his legal skills to causes that matter to the communities he serves.
