Ramy Amine is a driven and dynamic litigator specialized in all facets of civil and commercial litigation, with notable experience in construction and real estate disputes and in product liability. He is called upon to plead before all levels of Québec courts and he is unrelenting in his drive to defend the interests of his clients and in solving complex legal problems.
Ramy is a lawyer who listens to his clients’ legal and business needs and strives to find the best solution for his clients for each situation. He is recognized by his peers for his interpersonal skills of respect and honesty.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2015, Ramy worked as a political attaché at the Parliament of Canada in Ottawa. During his time at Parliament, he acted as a legislative assistant for a Member of Parliament in the analysis of government bills and in the preparation of debates in the House of Commons.
During his academic career at the University of Ottawa, from which he graduated with honours, Ramy had the opportunity to represent his university in the Philip C. Jessup National Moot Court Competition in Public International Law. In addition, he holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Common Law from the University of Ottawa.
Before joining Spiegel Ryan in 2025, Ramy practised law at large national and international firms in downtown Montreal.
